| The Blackhawk Chapter is always accepting new members who want to share our excitement and expand our knowledge of railroad history. Members include industry professionals, historians, writers, photographers, railfans and those who simply enjoy trains. When joining the Blackhawk Chapter, your membership will include:

National dues go to providing all of the services listed above. Chapter dues go toward meeting space, chapter publications, and supporting our preservation projects. |
| Our Dues | |
Dues for both the NRHS and Blackhawk for one year are $49. Additional family members can join at $8 per person. Those who are already members of the NRHS can get an associate membership with the Blackhawk Chapter for $16. Additional family members who are already NRHS members can also join the Blackhawk Chapter for $3 per person. Students (under 18) can join the NRHS and Blackhawk for $32. All memberships run for the calendar year January to December. |
